“AAP is providing seven services and facilities free of cost to the residents of Delhi. It is now being implemented by the Mann government in Punjab and when the party comes to power in Haryana, the state will also start getting the benefits of these schemes,” said Gupta.

He described these services as “free education for all students in government schools and 25 percent of students in private schools, mohallas”.
