Agent Box Office Collection: Akhil Akkineni’s pan-India project has been one of the most anticipated films in Tollywood. The film which ended its first week theater run received mixed to negative reviews from critics and audiences alike. The film features superstar Akhil in an action-packed avatar. After a week at the theatres, Agent ended its first week on a ‘disastrous note’ as it managed to earn just Rs 10 crore at the domestic box office. According to trade reports, if the film continues to run at this pace then it is on the verge of flopping.

As per trade reports, it registered a good opening in both the Telugu states with Rs 4 crore on Day 1, Rs 67 lakh on Day 2, Rs 43 lakh on Day 3, Rs 17 lakh and Rs 5 lakh on Day 4. On its fifth day. On its sixth day, 3 May, reports suggested that the film earned around Rs 40 lakh in India. The total collection of Akhil Akkineni’s film is now around Rs 10 crore at the domestic box office. On its seventh day at the box office, the film is estimated to earn Rs 25 lakh in India.

Agent, a spy entertainer, also stars Dino Morea who plays the antagonist in the film and Urvashi Rautela appears in a song. Akhil is presented in a powerful first of its kind role as a detective who is daring, dashing and wild. He springs into action when required and everything we see on screen is wow. Akhil mesmerises with his stunts and jaw-dropping performance. His character is hyperactive which brings freshness to the narrative.
Superstar Mammootty and Dino have a great value edition with Sakshi Vaidya looking fabulous in the romantic episodes. Rasool Eloor captures each and every frame so stylishly and Hip Hop Thamiza’s music is another great asset.
