1. There was no loan waiver for industrialists
This petition has been filed by Surjit Singh Yadav, who claims to be a farmer and social worker. His lawyer Pratibha Sinha said that ‘writing off’ the petition and ‘forgiving’ both are not the same thing. The loans of industrialists have not been waived, rather their loans have been written off. In this process, the bank expects that the loan will be repaid later.

2. The image of the country is tarnished by the statement of Rahul-Kejriwal

The petitioner said that Rahul and Kejriwal have made this statement deliberately against the Centre. These statements have been made with the intention of damaging India’s image and credibility.
