Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Pushpa 2: The Rule is one of the most awaited films. While fans are eagerly waiting for the film, a team of the Telugu blockbuster has reportedly met with a road accident. The team was traveling in a bus when it collided with another bus at Narketpally in Telangana’s Nalgonda district. The bus was returning to Hyderabad from Andhra Pradesh’s Srikakulam district after completing the schedule of Pushpa 2. The RTC bus driver had stopped the vehicle on the roadside due to technical fault. The driver of the bus carrying the artists ignored the RTC bus and rammed into it.

Some members of the film’s crew were seriously injured, while others suffered only minor injuries. The injured team members were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital and further details about the unfortunate incident are awaited. The makers of the film have also not yet released any statement regarding the accident.

Written and directed by Sukumar, Pushpa: The Rise was slated to release in 2021 and was well received by all. The action drama deals with the smuggling of red sandalwood. Last month, Allu Arjun shared his first-look poster of Pushpa 2, in which he was seen wearing a saree with his face painted in shades of blue and red. She also wore bangles, jewellery, a nose pin and earrings.

While the shooting of Pushpa 2 is currently underway, Sai Pallavi has also reportedly joined the film. Reportedly, the makers are planning to bring a Bollywood actor on board as well. However, no one’s name has been officially announced yet.

Meanwhile, the final release date of Pushpa 2 has also not been announced yet. Earlier it was being said that the film could hit the theaters in December 2023.

Looks like the mega family of Tollywood is going through tough times. A few days ago, a fire broke out on the sets of Pawan Kalyan starrer Hari Har Veera Mallu.
