The app was formally launched today by Dr. Vikas Kumar, Managing Director, DMRC at its headquarters at Metro Bhavan in the presence of senior officials.

The app supports a variety of payment methods, including is i, credit/debit cards and wallets, ensuring flexibility and convenience for users. Passengers can choose their preferred payment option and complete the transaction conveniently from within the app itself.
Apart from this, the app also has other passenger-centric features like travel planner, fare calculator, station information and smart card recharge. The app also shows route information from origin to destination including interchange stations. One can view the transaction history, and rebook tickets for the same origin-destination and return journey.

In order to provide such a user-friendly, cashless and faster mode of ticketing, DMRC undertook a huge technically challenging task of upgrading its AFC gates, which were already in passenger service on all its corridors. without stopping even for a minute. a day in record time.

DMRC has already upgraded more than 60 percent of its AFC gates with QR code scanners and aims to cover the remaining within the next 1-2 months.
