From visiting his alma mater to driving a tractor and taking a chariot ride in a village, his itinerary was packed. His homecoming began with a visit to his alma mater, St. Paul’s Senior Secondary School, Mala Road – a school that has played a significant role in shaping his personality. An overwhelmed Nandini said, “When I entered my school premises, I had tears in my eyes. I spent 14 years on campus. And every time I used to see the chief guest gracing our school function and addressing the students from the stage. I used to imagine myself there. I manifested this dream for the longest time and today it has come true. I am thrilled to be back in my alma mater as a celebrity.”

Nandini adds, “It was a pleasure to meet my teachers again – they guided me and helped me become who I am today. Everyone wanted to click a picture with me – it was a great pleasure for me. The homecoming celebrations continued with Nandini’s royal chariot ride through the streets of Kota. Felt like a princess. I could see everyone smiling. Even people who didn’t know me joined in the festivities. It was almost like the whole city was a part of my victory, after all my victory is Kota’s victory too.”
