Mafia Mukhtar Ansari’s production will be conducted through video conferencing today in the MP/MLA court of Mau, Uttar Pradesh. Mukhtar Ansari will be heard in a total of four cases. These include one case in Thana Sarai Lakhansi and three in Thana Dakshin Tola. There will be testimony in court today in the case of State v. Israel.
A case was registered against Mukhtar Ansari in police station Sarai Lakhansi for misuse of MLA fund. Mukhtar Ansari, being an MLA from Mau’s Sadar assembly seat, had given Rs 25 lakh to the manager for the construction of the school from his MLA fund. It is alleged that the school was not constructed.
Earlier, while hearing the bail application of Mukhtar Ansari, the Allahabad High Court had ordered the DM of Mau to conduct a physical survey of the school. Along with this, Mukhtar’s bail plea was also rejected.

Along with this, hearing is to be held in 3 cases registered in the South Tola police station of the city. Mukhtar Ansari had recommended 6 people for arms license on his letter pad when he was an MLA. Later during the investigation the addresses of all were found to be fake. The FIR in this case was registered at Dakshin Tola police station. Earlier on May 24, a hearing was held in the Mau court. Mukhtar Ansari was produced in the court only through video conferencing. Charges have been framed against all the accused including Mukhtar Ansari in the fake arms license case. The cross-examination of First Information Report writer Omprakash Yadav in the case came to an end. The next witness, Israel Ansari, was fixed for May 31 for his evidence.
Along with this, the hearing in the murder case of Ram Singh Maurya and his security personnel is to be held on Wednesday itself. In this way, a total of 4 cases are to be heard through video conferencing in the Mau court on Wednesday itself. Now it has to be seen what decision the court takes after hearing all the four cases.
