Islamabad, Pakistan:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Saturday hit out at the foreign visits of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari amid the country’s current “crisis”. Dawn reported,

Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is currently in the UK for the coronation of King Charles III, while Foreign Minister Bilawal visited India on Thursday to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) foreign ministers’ meeting in Goa.

Imran Khan targeted the two leaders while addressing a PTI rally from inside his vehicle in Lahore. The rally was organized to show support and solidarity with the Supreme Court, the Constitution and Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial.

“Pakistan is being dishonored in the world. We ask questions, Bilawal, you are traveling all over the world, but first tell us, before you go, do you ask anyone that you are spending country’s money on a trip?” If so, what will happen?” Profit or loss from it?” Khan said.

According to the Dawn report, the PTI chief questioned what was the benefit of the visit to India.

In his remarks at the SCO meeting, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said terrorism in all its forms, including cross-border terrorism, should be stopped, usually with reference to Pakistan.

“We firmly believe that terrorism can have no justification and must be stopped in all its forms and manifestations, including cross-border terrorism.”

Later, he alleged that Pakistan supported terrorists in Kashmir and, according to Dawn, “revealed and revealed” the position of Pakistan’s foreign minister.
