Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Sheth are proud parents! The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy. He is currently in the hospital and will reportedly be discharged on Friday. Soon after the news broke out on the internet, fans and friends of Ishita and Vatsal started congratulating the new parents. Although this celebrity couple has not posted anything on social media yet. According to ETimes, “The baby and the mother are doing well. They will be discharged on Friday. The family is happiest right now.”
Ishita announced her pregnancy news on March 31 with an Instagram post. Before the arrival of the baby, the couple held a housewarming ceremony at their new home. Ishita posted a carousel of glamorous pictures from her photoshoot, in which she was seen posing against a white background. Dressed in a black and white outfit, Ishita kept her curly hair open with bronze makeup. She happily struck several poses while caressing her bulge.
Announcing the pregnancy, she had shared a few silhouette pictures, in which the couple was seen posing on a beach. The news of Ishita’s pregnancy came to the fore when she was seen flaunting her baby bump at the airport. She was looking drop dead gorgeous and was radiating her pregnancy glow. The actress also smiled and waved to papa. However, he did not make any official statement on social media at that time.
Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Sheth also hosted the traditional baby shower. His entire family was present with him. The actress looked drop dead gorgeous in a pink saree at the ceremony. Sharing pictures from the baby shower, Ishita wrote: “Love laughter gratitude happiness blessings… This day was everything we could have asked for. Thank you for all your wishes and love. Moments from the celebrations.” Ishita’s sister, former actor Tanushree Dutta also joined her for the ceremony. Kajol also attended the function and looked gorgeous in a bright yellow kurta.
In the pictures, Ishita is seen in a lavender silk saree with her hair neatly tied in a bun adorned with white flowers. He wore sindoor in his hair with a bindi on his forehead and also wore traditional gold jewellery. While there, Vatsal joined them in a white kurta pajama. In one of the pictures, Ishita is holding a mother-to-be card and Vatsal is holding a father-to-be card and they are also seen cutting a big white cake.
Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Seth tied the knot in 2017. They first met on the sets of their TV show, Rishton Ka Saudagar – Baazigar, when they became friends and later fell in love with each other.
