Kerala Cultural Center (KCC), Coimbatore won the Akshaya National Award – 2022, an award instituted by Akshaya Pusthakanidhiya, a socio-cultural organization that has been honoring Malayali communities and individuals in India and abroad.
A release said that KCC was selected for the award for its selfless services to Malayalam art, culture and literature.
The award consists of a medallion, a statuette designed by renowned sculptor Kanai Kunhiraman and a certificate. It will be presented to the KCC at the MP Manmathan Memorial Conference to be held at Coimbatore during the second week of May.
