Guwahati: Manipur The government issued an order on Thursday afternoon authorizing district magistrates to issue shoot-at-sight orders after all measures to control the situation had been exhausted as the state was unsettled by fresh inputs of arson in Imphal.

Reports said that at least three vehicles were torched by the miscreants and some houses were torched in Imphal East and West districts.
