Neiman says conversion rate up 30% after GoKwik tie-up

Direct to Consumers (D2C) footwear firm Neiman Pvt Ltd said it has seen a 30% jump in conversion rates following its partnership with e-commerce enabler GoKwik Commerce Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Conversion rate is defined as the percentage of a visitor completing a desired action on an e-commerce site. It is the percentage of users actually making a purchase from a particular site.

On average, the conversion rate of most e-commerce sites is around 3% globally.

Neiman partnered with GoQuick in July last year to use the latter technology to improve conversion rates and increase profitability.

Chirag Taneja, Founder and CEO, GoQuick, said, “We have seen a jump in growth and sales since our partnership. We are building customized, robust and effective solutions that will act as fuel for a smoother shopping experience for new and regular online shoppers.

Taran Chhabra, Founder and CEO, Neiman, said, “We are anticipating tremendous growth opportunities with our new product launch of the Tree sneaker, which is made from sustainably sourced wood-based fibers. The launch of India’s first tree sneakers is aided by seamless integration with GoKwik.”
