Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot have taken a political jibe at each other from the same platform. While Gehlot asked the Prime Minister to respect the opposition, Modi referred to the stalled development works during the Congress rule.
The Prime Minister said that some people do not want to see good things happening in the country. They only like to create controversy. If medical colleges were made earlier, there would have been no shortage of doctors in the country.
At the same time, the Chief Minister once again demanded the completion of the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project in front of Modi and said that whoever the government may be, it should respect the opposition. Because the ruling party is nothing without the opposition.
In fact, the Prime Minister has arrived on a one-day Rajasthan tour today. After having darshan of Lord Shrinathji at Nathdwara, he laid the foundation stone of a project worth five thousand crore rupees including railway line.
Addressing a public meeting after darshan of Lord Shrinathji at Nathdwara, the Prime Minister said that these projects will take Rajasthan’s connectivity to new heights. With this visit of Modi, BJP has started the election campaign in Rajasthan.
Narendra Modi has visited Rajasthan for the fifth time in the last eight months. This visit is considered very important in view of the assembly elections to be held at the end of the year.

In the meeting, when Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot reached the stage for the speech, slogans of Modi-Modi continued for a long time. The Prime Minister also made a hand gesture to pacify the people. After this, on the instructions of Modi, BJP State President CP Joshi pacified the crowd.
During the public meeting in Nathdwara, Modi and Gehlot were seen discussing among themselves. Both also made political attacks on each other during the speech.
Modi said – maximum focus on Rajasthan
The Prime Minister said that Rajasthan is one of the largest states in the country and is the bearer of India’s valour, heritage. The more proven Rajasthan is, the faster India’s development will gain momentum. That’s why our government is working maximum on modern infrastructure in Rajasthan. When I talk about infrastructure, there is no rail and road.
Increases connectivity and reduces distance in cities and villages. Increases facilities in the society and connects it. Increases digital facilities and eases people’s lives. Accelerates development while promoting heritage. When we talk about the resolution of a developed India in the coming 25 years, this infrastructure is emerging as a strength at its core.
The temple trust welcomed Modi, who came to visit the Shrinathji temple, by wearing an uparna.
targeted the opposition
Targeting the opposition, the Prime Minister said that some people in our country are full of negativity. Do not want to see anything good happening in the country. Then they just like to create controversy. Some people preach that flour first or data first.
Road first or satellite first, but history is witness that for fast development it is necessary to create modern infra with basic facilities. Those who weigh every step by the scales of votes, they are not able to make plans keeping the country in mind. We see many times that the tank built in the village becomes small in four-five years. Roads and flyovers fall short. Rajasthan has also suffered a lot for not building infrastructure with foresight.
Vishal Bawa of the temple gave the solution to the Prime Minister after seeing the tableau. It included things like prasad, paan-beeda.
Central government brought right to health law – Gehlot
In the public meeting, Gehlot said that Rajasthan is the largest state in the country. The distance from one village to another is long. They deliver water and electricity in the schemes of Rajasthan and deliver the schemes. We are building highways and roads. Earlier we used to compete with Gujarat, now we have moved ahead of Gujarat.
Regarding the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP), said that central arbitration should be done. The Chief Minister said that you had repeated twice to move forward with the same spirit. The central government’s scheme Jal Jeevan Mission is also being taken forward.
CM has demanded to make Right to Social Security and Right to Health Act. The Chief Minister said that today everyone is sitting on one platform. We have no enmity, there is a fight of ideology in a democracy and everyone has the right to speak. He said that the opposition should also be respected, the ruling party is nothing without the opposition.
