Rs 307 crore not transferred for expansion of infrastructure. Chandigarh News – Times of India

The audit found that 53,937 documents related to independent floors registered in 19 districts of Haryana (Except Fatehabad, Sirsa and Nuh) come under HSVP, MC and TCP licensed colonies from 2011-12 to 2021-22.
For these 53,937 cases, against a total transaction of Rs 30,703 crore, a one percent fee of Rs 307.03 crore (1% additional on registration of floor-wise property) was collected and deposited in the Consolidated Fund of the State as revenue receipts . As per the audit report, this amount was to be deposited with the developing agencies for expansion of infrastructure.
