Heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh have affected many districts including Manali. The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert till July 13 in Mandi, Kullu Manali, Sirmaur and Sonal. Actor Ruslaan Mumtaz is stuck in Manali due to rain amid the continuing flood situation.
Mumtaz shared a video on her Instagram story in which she can be heard sharing her experience of the hill station. He wrote, “The road is no longer there.” In the video, he was seen saying, “Never thought I would actually be stuck in Manali, where there is no network, no way back home, no way back home.” as the roads are blocked and i am unable to even shoot.hard time in a very beautiful place i don’t even know whether i should be happy,sad,grateful,grateful or just enjoy my apple should be taken.”
Before the floods, the actor shared several posts from Manali. In a video, which he shared on Instagram, he can be seen walking on the bridge. Sharing the video, he wrote, “Manali, you beauty.”

In another reel, he can be seen taking photographs while sitting on the banks of river Beas. He wore black joggers with a lilac T-shirt and a maroon jacket.

Meanwhile, Himachal Pradesh including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh have been receiving heavy rains since last week. Several videos and pictures of damage to life and property are going viral on social media. The annual Amarnath Yatra remained suspended for the third consecutive day following rains.
