The 36-year-old actress took to her Instagram handle on Wednesday and shared a glimpse of her recent meditation session at Isha Foundation. He shared a series of pictures in the post, where he can be seen focusing on his mental health. In the post, he also praised the power of meditation, describing it as a source of strength, peace, connectedness and clarity. Samantha was married to Naga Chaitanya and the couple separated in 2021 after four years of marriage.
In the pictures, Samantha is meditating with hundreds of Isha Foundation followers and Sadhguru can be seen guiding them. He is wearing a white Indian dress and a garland of flowers around his neck. In the post, he also shared a video of rainbow and peacock.
