Helmed by Kannan Iyer, who previously directed the Emraan Hashmi and Huma Qureshi starrer Ek Thi Daayan, Ae Watan… Mere Patan’s screenplay is written by Darab. Farooqi. The biopic will be based on the story of Usha Mehta, best remembered for organizing Congress Radio, also known as Secret Congress Radio.
