A student living in Mahbubnagar district of the state died in a road accident on Tuesday in Illinois, USA.
Boya Mahesh, 25, pursuing MS at Concordia University, breathed his last after he lost control of the car and overturned. Three other friends in the car suffered injuries and were said to be in emergency care.
According to the information reached here, Mahesh, a resident of Kappeta village of Bhootpur mandal of Mahabubnagar, was returning home after a birthday party with his friends. The accident occurred after the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree.
Mahesh had gone to Illinois for the course in December. His parents Venkata Ramulu and Shakuntala have requested the authorities to make arrangements to send his mortal remains back to Mahbubnagar.
