Police has also kept the video of this confession of Fact Patel on record and sent it for investigation. The accused Fact Patel was brought to the police station at night itself, where he was answering questions very comfortably. There was no regret on his face. Fact’s father had also reached the police station. Fact’s father Pragyesh Patel has been accused of gangrape. The police have also taken Pragnesh into custody.
At the time of the accident, there were five of his friends along with the fact in the car.

Someone’s body was on the bonnet of the car, while someone was on the ground. Some’s legs were bent, while the lower part of some’s body was crushed.
