Part 2 of the popular series night managerAditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor starrer film to release in 2019 disney+hotstar On 30 June. A high-octane thriller wrapped in lavish drama and picturesque locales, The Night Manager is the Hindi-language adaptation of John Le Carré’s novel of the same name.
The show is created and directed by Sandeep Modi and produced by The Ink Factory and Banijay Asia.
The Night Manager follows Shaan Sengupta (Kapoor), who goes undercover to bring down the empire of arms dealer Shailendra ‘Shelly’ Rungta (Anil Kapoor). Director Modi said the team is overwhelmed with the love the first part has received since its release in February this year.
“The Night Manager: Part 2 is double the action and thrill. The mighty amalgamation between elegance and style will shake everything to the core and spin a new web of intrigue and deceit. Much more to look forward to in the coming part and story The viewers will enjoy each and every part of the series,” the makers said in a statement.
Kapoor said that the love and support of the fans motivated him to work hard on the second chapter.
He added, “I can’t wait for everyone to see the twists and turns that lie ahead. Shelley will be seen at her best.”
Kapoor added, “The success of the first part has been really humbling, and we are excited for the audience to see what lies ahead in Shaily and Shaan’s journey. Twists, thrills and tension – all coming to an end.”
The Night Manager also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Ravi Behl and Saswata Chatterjee in pivotal roles.
