Chennai: As many as 100 Children took a joyride one in metro train From alandur Metro to Wimco Nagar Depot Station and back on Saturdays.
The ride was part of an initiative of Chennai Metro Rail Limited to create awareness about Metro Rail facility to school and college students.
Saturday’s joyride was organized by CMRL In association with Turning Point Educational Trust.
CMRL has organized many such happy rides for the students of government schools. Apart from the train ride, students were taken to the stations and explained about the facilities and daily operations of the metro rail network.
