Ahmedabad: A 42-year-old land broker on Tuesday filed a complaint with Bodakdev police alleging that two men had hit him with sticks because he honked at them in Thaltej.
Pratapbharati Goswami, a resident of Suyog Apartments in Thaltej, in his FIR said that he was returning home in his sedan after dropping his children off at their school in Naranpura on Tuesday morning.
Traffic was slow near Zebar School in Thaltej when his car accidentally touched another car, during which he honked for a while. He got out to check for damage and while he was doing so, a man got down from the other car, asked him why he was honking and abused him. When he remonstrated, the man hit Goswami with a stick, causing him to fall. Another man got out of the attacker’s car and also hit Goswami with a stick.
The two then drove off and Goswami was taken to a hospital by passersby. Bodakdev police registered a complaint of causing grievous hurt and abetment against the two men. tnn

Bengaluru: Cyclist rams into teen, hits him with stone when told to be careful
