Cyclone Mocha Live Updates: Day temperatures are likely to increase in the coming days as a cyclone is forming over the Bay of Bengal. The IMD has forecast a maximum temperature of 36-37 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 26-27 degrees Celsius for the next two days in the city and suburbs. Though the sky may remain partly cloudy, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely in some areas. The IMD said on Tuesday that the low pressure area over southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining south Andaman Sea has intensified into a well-marked low pressure over the same region. It is very likely to intensify into a depression and subsequently into a cyclonic storm over southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of eastcentral Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea on May 10.
