An official said, “A plot to attack Secunderabad railway station was hatched on Thursday and the protesters rallied. This has been confirmed in preliminary investigation.”

Some of the prominent organizers formed groups like Justice for Army CEE, Hakimpet Army Soldier. Police is trying to zero in on the conspirators by analyzing WhatsApp call details. “At least 200 protesters boarded the Krishna Express to reach Secunderabad at 6 am. We have accessed several audio clips with appeals to carry petrol and set public property on fire,” said a cop.
In a clip, a man is heard saying- “The lion has arrived, now do whatever you can.”

Some of the protesters were reportedly assisted by tutors, who trained them in their entrance exams.
