SALEM: AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami on Wednesday said his party would not extend support to BJP or Congress even after the Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking to reporters in Salem, EPS said forming alliances or supporting national parties would not be beneficial.
When asked about AIADMK’s stance in the event of a hung parliament, Palaniswami stated that he would announce the party’s decision to the media at the appropriate time.
He said AIADMK would independently advocate Tamil Nadu’s rights in the parliament. He said this approach is necessary to secure welfare schemes and development projects for the people in the state.
