Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan joined the Bachchan family at the Holika Dahan puja in Mumbai. The Bachchan family members — Abhishek, Aishwarya, Shweta Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan and Navya Naveli Nanda — were seen at Amitabh’s Mumbai bungalow, offering prayers on the eve of Holi. The family sported white outfits as they lit a pyre set up in the house. Navya took to Instagram and shared a few photos.
In the first photo, she was seen posing by the pyre. She then shared a photo in which Abhishek was seen offering his prayers to the pyre. He and Navya then shared a sweet moment in which they applied holi to each other. The photo was photobombed by Aishwarya. In the photo, Aishwarya sported a thick sindoor and a massive bindi, seemingly applied with holi powder. Aishwarya appeared to stand next to Aaradhya, who sported a red outfit. Sharing the photos, Navya wrote, “Holika Dahan♥️.”
Fans took to the comments section and wished Navya, along with the Bachchan family a happy Holi. “Wonderful to see a family get together,” a fan commented. “Navya & all family, May the colours of Holi bring peace and happiness to you!✨,” added another.
Amitabh Bachchan also shared a post to talk about Holi. He took to his blog and wrote, “The happiness and the joy of everlasting colours of fulfillment and gaiety and merriment .. have lost count of the number of Holi celebrations at Prateeksha .. God has been kind .. and the kindness of the Ef and the well wishers , galore ..”
The veteran superstar was once known to throw some of the biggest holi parties. The actor shared pictures from some of his memorable parties on the blog and reminded everyone of the fun times.
