But along with professional achievements, Alia also grabbed headlines when she married Ranbir Kapoor and later became a mother to adorable daughter Raha. On Sunday, Viral Bhayani shared a clip on his Instagram timeline that featured Alia Bhatt at an outdoor location. He wore an oversized white T-shirt and paired it with light blue denim jeans. The actress then proceeded to greet an elderly lady with folded hands. The actress says, “It was great to have met you. Your son bothers you a lot. No but works well!” She also posed for a picture with the lady in the pink sari before going inside.

Speaking about her Met Gala look on Instagram, Alia said, “I have always been fascinated by the iconic Chanel brides. Season after season, Karl Lagerfeld’s genius shines through in the most innovative and surprising couture. My look tonight was inspired by this and specifically supermodel Claudia Schiffer’s 1992 Chanel bridal look.
“I wanted to do something that felt authentic (hello, pearls!) and was proudly made in India. The embroidery made of 100,000 beads is a labor of love by @prabalgurung. I am so proud to be wearing you for my first mate. A girl can never have too many pearls… and the right accessories to complete the look which in our case translated into pearl bows on my hair. Oh, and it’s white, for my Chop-Ed,” he added.
Alia will be next seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Ranveer Singh. Helmed by Karan Johar, the film is scheduled to release on July 28. Ranbir, on the other hand, will next be seen in Animal alongside Rashmika Mandanna.
