Nagpur: 27 BPharma students came forward to save Supreme Court Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU) at Lonere has been directed to grant them provisional admission.
The apex court also asked DBATU to provisionally allow these students to appear for the examinations, subject to the outcome of the special leave petition filed by them. Sachchikitsa Broadcasting Board Against State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell

Sachchikitsa Prasarak Mandal had challenged the HC’s decision ordering the CET cell to transfer 27 students of Adarsh Institute of Pharmacy to a nearby affiliated college.
Adarsh Institute was approved by the Pharmacy Council of India to conduct BPharma course for 60 students and even DBATU granted it conditional affiliation. The college had then admitted 27 students. The college applied to the CET cell to provide the link for uploading the data of the admitted students. However, this was denied.
