Sachchikitsa Prasarak Mandal had challenged the HC’s decision ordering the CET cell to transfer 27 students of Adarsh ​​Institute of Pharmacy to a nearby affiliated college.
Adarsh ​​Institute was approved by the Pharmacy Council of India to conduct BPharma course for 60 students and even DBATU granted it conditional affiliation. The college had then admitted 27 students. The college applied to the CET cell to provide the link for uploading the data of the admitted students. However, this was denied.
