Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule has generated significant excitement among the movie buffs, and that can’t be stressed enough. Fans can’t wait to see the actor rule the big screens again. After coming back from Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi’s intimate wedding in Italy, Allu Arjun was seen attending a pre-release event of Ajay Bhupathi’s film Mangalavaram in Hyderabad. The star, who appeared as a chief guest, had only good things to say about the upcoming film. As per a report, while addressing the audience, Allu Arjun revealed that just the teaser of Mangalavaaram left him curious to watch the entire film. He added that it wasn’t only him, who was intrigued by the teaser; Pushpa director Sukumar “was left awestruck.”
Allu Arjun was quoted as saying, “Very films pique your curiosity instantly after watching the teaser and I genuinely wanted to watch Mangalavaaram immediately. When I showed it to Sukumar on Pushpa 2: The Rule sets, he too was left awestruck.” Continuing further, Allu Arjun said, “The film has the right vibe to create magic. I really liked Ajay Bhupathi’s RX 100, Pilla Raa continues to play in my household. Maha Samudram showed he’s a capable technician too.”
Talking about Mangalavaaram, this Ajay Bhupathi directorial features Payal Rajput, Nandita Swetha and Divya Pillai in prominent roles. The actioner will be released on November 17.
Coming back to Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2, the highly-anticipated film is slated to hit the theatres next year on August 15. Allu Arjun announced the big news in September, through a post on Instagram. In the sequel, Allu Arjun will reprise his role from his 2021 film Pushpa Part 1: The Rise.
Back in April, the makers unveiled the first look of Allu Arjun from Pushpa 2: The Rule. The poster featured him in an elaborate multi-colour saree with traditional jewellery.
In August, on the occasion of Fahadh Faasil’s birthday, the makers also released the actor’s first look from the film and it looked intense through and through. The poster featured him carrying a bald look, sunglasses and a jacket. The note attached with the poster on X (formerly Twitter) read, “Team Pushpa 2: The Rule wishes the Massively talented Fahadh Faasil a very Happy Birthday. Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat Sir will be back on the big screens with vengeance.”
Apart from Allu Arjun and Fahadh Fasil, the movie also features Rashmika Mandanna.
