Amit Shah will reach Gurdaspur rally at 1 pm.

Home Minister Amit Shah will rally in Punjab and Haryana on completion of 9 years of the Modi government at the Centre. In the last Lok Sabha elections, the BJP had won all 10 seats in Haryana, while it had won 4 out of 13 seats in Punjab. These include two seats of the Akali Dal, which has now left the BJP. Congress got 8 seats in Punjab.

Shah’s rally in Punjab will be held at Dana Mandi in Gurdaspur. They will reach here around 1 pm. In which Modi will count the achievements of the government and especially the works for Sikhs and farmers and villagers. Then at around 4 pm he will hold a rally in Sirsa, Haryana. Black colored clothes and handkerchief etc. have been banned in the rally.

Will remove the displeasure of Gurdaspur Lok Sabha constituency
Bollywood star Sunny Deol is currently the MP from Gurdaspur seat. However, the opponents often criticize the BJP for their absence here. This seat has mostly urban areas, so the BJP does not want to lose it in the elections next year. That’s why Shah’s rally has been organized in Gurdaspur. Leaders and workers of 9 assembly constituencies of Gurdaspur and Pathankot districts have been called here.

Quami Insaaf Morcha leader Gurdeep Singh from Bathinda was detained. This morcha is demanding the release of the Sikhs who have completed their sentence.

Sirsa seat came weak in the survey in Haryana
Shah’s rally in Haryana’s Sirsa is also being made political. BJP’s MP from here is Sunita Duggal. According to sources, the BJP had got the survey done on all the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana. In which the position of the party was seen weak in Rohtak and Sirsa. In view of this, Shah’s Lok Sabha election debut in Haryana is being made from Sirsa.

Anticipation of protest in both states, police action continues
Police and intelligence agencies are on alert in both the states regarding Shah’s rally. They are anticipating opposition to Shah’s rally. There should be no incident like security lapse of PM Narendra Modi in Punjab, so the police is showing strictness. In this connection, the leaders of Qaumi Insaf Morcha, who are demanding the release of the imprisoned Sikhs who have completed their sentences, are being taken into custody.

Whereas in Haryana, farmers and sarpanch are protesting against Shah’s rally. Farmers say that the agreements made during the agitation were not implemented. And the Sarpanch is opposing e-tendering in the Panchayati work of Haryana Government.

In view of this, the police had issued warrants for about 130 people, but they did not appear in the SDM court. After this, the police is alert and monitoring their activities. Apart from this, farmers and sarpanches have announced to hoist black flags in protest against Shah’s rally.
