Amritsar: Another explosion happened near Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib, this is the third explosion so far

There was once again a massive explosion near Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib on Wednesday midnight. The explosion was so strong that its sound was heard up to three hundred meters away. The blast, which occurred at around 12.40 am on Wednesday and Thursday, is exactly in the opposite direction of the first two blasts, about a kilometer away from the first blasts in Heritage Street.

As soon as the information was received, senior police officers reached the spot. Forensic team also reached the spot and started collecting debris from the blast site. The police have sealed the area around the spot from all sides.

Vikramjit Singh, manager of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib, who was present on the spot, told that the blast took place in the corridor on the back side of Sri Guru Ramdas Saran. He said that due to this there was no human or financial loss of any kind. The Police is investigating. This creates an atmosphere of panic among the company.

It may be noted that earlier on late Saturday night and Monday morning there were blasts near Saragarhi Saran located on Heritage Street. In both the above cases where the Punjab Police Forensic Department is probing by taking samples. On the other hand, NIA and NSG visited the spot, recreated the scene of the blast, collected soil and leaf samples and sent them for investigation, whose reports are awaited by the police and agencies.
