Sara Ali Khan told Ananya Panday that if she touched her rapid-fire prize hamper, she would touch Ananya’s ‘hamper’.
Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan graced the couch of Karan Johar’s popular chat Koffee with Karan 8 on Thursday, November 9. One of the interesting aspects of the show was that Karan Johar confirmed that Ananya is dating Aditya Roy Kapur. In fact, Ananya and Aditya’s relationship was often brought up on the show and the actress did not deny it. Sara, who will be seen with Aditya in their upcoming film, Metro In Dino, also teased Ananya about “touching” Aditya.
After losing the rapid-fire round to Sara, Ananya was very upset about not getting the hamper. Sara teased her about it and jokingly said, “If you touch my hamper, I’ll touch your hamper.” She referred to Ananya’s boyfriend Aditya. Ananya quickly replied, “You better not.” To this, Sara said, “Metro In Dino, babe.”
Karan Johar had already addressed Aditya as the “hamper” in a moment on the show and Sara took his joke forward. Earlier in the episode, both actresses were asked how possessive they were of their partners. They agreed that Ananya was extremely possessive.
Ananya also addressed the challenges of dating an actor. She said that privacy is an issue when you’re in the limelight as all your moves are watched. Sometimes, in a relationship, you need to figure out certain things about your partner and understand the kind of relationship you have and dating an actor does not allow the privacy to figure that out.
Ananya and Aditya were rumoured to be dating as the duo were often spotted on dates around the city or taking romantic vacations together. Netizens believe that Aditya also joined Ananya on her recent trip to Maldives for her birthday. A video of Ananya leaning on Aditya and indulging in a conversation at a party also went viral recently.
Throughout the episode, both Sara and Karan confirmed their relationship multiple times. Koffee with Karan airs on Disney + Hotstar every Thursday.
