Visakhapatnam: Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Said that his government will encourage sports and talented players.
He said that the government would provide all possible help to the sportspersons to excel at the national and international level.
After unveiling the bronze bust of his father late CM YS Raja Sekhar Reddy Dr YSR ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium Near PM Palam Madhurawada On Thursday, the Chief Minister interacted with Ranji players and budding cricketers. He advised them to work hard and bring laurels to the state.
CM Jagan Mohan Reddy launched apl cricket league Appreciated women cricketers who shine in Season II and World Cup Cricket Anjali Shravani and Shabnam. He distributed Rs. 10 lakh incentive amount to women cricketers from Andhra Cricket Association and also interacted with Ranji players and budding cricketers.
Interacting with the cricketers, the CM said that there are many talented sportspersons in the state and the government will take special measures for young and budding sportspersons to shine at the national level and international level.
Chief Minister gave advice to ACA secretary Gopinath Reddy To prepare a road map for promotion of cricket by identifying talented and capable players for promotion.
Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated another prestigious Defense Museum – Sea Harrier Museum at Beach Road and also unveiled plaques of Kapu Bhawan, Fish Landing Center at Bhimili, Indoor Sports Arena at MVP and VMRDA Commercial Complex at Ramanagara.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the Oncology Block at Apollo Hospital and visited the Cancer Unit. He talked to the doctors of the hospital.
