This comes hours before the Supreme Court is all set to hear Naidu’s bail petition to quash the FIR in relation to the skill development scam case
The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday dismissed all the petitions filed by the former chief minister and TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu seeking anticipatory bail in Angallu violence, Inner Ring Road and Fibernet cases.
While the regular bail plea in Skill Development Scam was turned down on the ground of deemed custody, the anticipatory bail in the Inner Ring Road case was turned down on the grounds that the Investigation was at a nascent stage.
This comes hours before the Supreme Court is all set to hear Naidu’s bail petition to quash the FIR in relation to the skill development scam case.
Last week, the apex court deferred Naidu’s plea challenging an Andhra Pradesh High Court order dismissing his petition to quash an FIR against him in the Skill Development Corporation scam case, till October 9.
