Angered by family dispute in Chandrapur, woman slits uncle’s throat Nagpur News – Times of India

CHANDRAPURAngered over the frequent quarrels raised by her maternal uncle with family members, a 24-year-old woman slit her throat to death in the early hours of Saturday.
Woman Shivani Bodhanwar surrendered at Ballarpur police station in the morning. However, the police suspect the involvement of two other persons, both of whom have been detained.
The deceased Vishal Dasarwar, a resident of Chandrapur, was living with his wife at his in-laws house in Ballarpur for the last few years. After the death of his father-in-law last year, Dasarwar, an alcoholic, started pressurizing his wife Sangeeta and her in-laws to divide the ancestral property.
On April 20, Dasarwar again had a heated argument with his wife, sister-in-law and brother-in-law over the division of property. The in-laws approached the Ballarpur police station and the police registered a non-cognizable offence.
On Friday, the victim Dasarwar again had a fight with her in-laws under the influence of alcohol, after which the police brought her to the police station.
However, after returning, Dasarwar created a ruckus again.
Later, Davarwar is murdered by Shivani while he is sleeping.
