Apple has rolled out the watchOS 10.2 update for the Apple Watch users. This is the second update for the watchOS 10 which the company introduced in September this year.

To download watchOS 10.2 update, initiate the process through the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Navigate to the “General” section and select “Software Update.” It’s essential to ensure that your Apple Watch has at least a 50 per cent battery charge, is placed on a charger, and remains near the paired iPhone during the installation of the updated software.

The watchOS 10.2 update brings support for using Siri to access and record data in the Health app onApple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2.In watchOS 10.2, the ability to swipe and change the Apple Watch face is reintroduced. This feature, which was removed in watchOS 10, has been missed by certain users and is now reinstated.

  • Resolves an issue that can cause watch faces added in the Watch app on iPhone to not appear on Apple Watch
