The report further stated, the entire bungalow is estimated to cost around Rs. 250 crore, positioning it among the most expensive bungalows in Mumbai, alongside Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan‘s Jalsa.

It also indicated that Neetu Kapoor is set to become the co-owner of the Krishna Raj Bungalow, given that her late husband, Rishi Kapoor, designated her as the co-owner of all his properties. Additionally, it was reported that Neetu recently purchased a luxurious house in Bandra valued at Rs. 15 crore. Interestingly, the entire Kapoor family is purportedly planning to reside under one roof once the Krishna Raj Bungalow is completed.
