Moonbin, a member of the South Korean boy band Astro, has died at the age of 25. The K-pop star was found dead by his management at his home in the Gangnam area of ​​Seoul on Wednesday, April 19 at around 8:10 p.m. His manager immediately calls the police, who believe Moonbin committed suicide. They are currently awaiting autopsy results to identify his exact cause of death.

In the early hours of April 20, Fantagio confirmed Moonbin’s passing and expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased, condoling their loss.

According to the news outlet, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station confirmed that Moonbin’s manager found her dead at her home in Seoul’s Gangnam district on April 19 at around 8:10 p.m. KST, and that the manager immediately notified the police.

About Moonbin

Moonbin made its debut on February 23, 2016. He began acting at a young age and appeared in the popular K-drama ‘Boys Over Flowers’ as the younger self of actor Kim Bum’s character. Moonbin debuted on September 14, 2020 as a member of Astro as well as a member of the group’s first subgroup, Moonbin and Sanha.

Astro was founded by six individuals. It made its debut in February 2016. In February this year, it was reported that the member Rocky would leave the group after the contract with the firm expired. Currently there are only MJ, JinJin, Cha Eunwoo and Sanha.
