Author Paulo Coelho praises ‘Pathan’ star Shah Rukh Khan; Calling him a ‘king, legend, friend but above all a great actor’ – view post – Times of India

Shahrukh Khan After the super success of his latest release ‘Pathan’, he is currently on cloud nine. Author Paulo Coelho has recently joined the ranks of celebrities who are praising the superstar.
Taking to his Twitter handle, the author gave a shoutout to the ‘Pathan’ star. He wrote, ‘King. fable. friend. But above all a great actor (for those who don’t know him in the west, I strongly suggest “My name is Khan – and I am not a terrorist”).’

As soon as he shared the tweet, likes and comments started pouring in from all corners. While one fan wrote, ‘Wow…and what a way to introduce him to those who don’t know him’, another said, ‘Paulo thank you man, you always stand by our king, lots of love.’

In 2017, Paulo congratulated Shah Rukh on the seventh anniversary of the film ‘My Name is Khan’. He had also shared a screenshot of his Facebook post which said, ‘His first (and only) film I saw (this year, even though it released in 2008) was My Name Is Khan. And not only was the film excellent, but Shah Rukh deserved an Oscar, if not for the manipulation of Hollywood. He kindly offered to send other titles – as you probably guess, they are not easy to find in Switzerland.”

On the work front, after the super success of ‘Pathan’, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Atlee‘Jawaan’ also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Sanya Malhotra. Apart from this, he is also a part of Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Danki’ alongside Taapsee Pannu.
