In a chat show, Avika said that the team of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has replaced her and she doesn’t even know the reason. He further revealed that he had faced a similar situation with the same team where two weeks before Anthem they called and told them that they had cast someone else. However, he expected this to happen and accepted the fact that it is the decision of the team to take whomever they want. But Avika was hurt by these incidents and wanted it not to happen a second time. She doesn’t blame the team for all this as she understands that ultimately the film’s team has to choose its actors wisely.
The trailer of 1920 Horrors of the Heart was released recently and Avika penned an emotional note about her journey. “1920 started a new chapter in my life and now another story set in 1920 will start the career of extremely talented @avikagor and gritty girl director @krishnavbhat 1920 in hindi films – horror of the heart written by my guru and guru Gone @maheshfilms – this time I’m turning producer – cheering with wings for the budding talent,” she wrote on Instagram.
The film will hit the theaters on June 23.
