Bhaskar Updates: Earthquake tremors in Tonga, magnitude 6.8 on Richter scale

Earthquake tremors were felt in Nuku’alofa, Tonga at around 11.36 pm on Thursday night. According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the intensity of the earthquake on the Richter scale was estimated at 6.8. The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 210 kilometers from the ground. There is no news of loss of life or property.
