BHU Research Scholar Awarded Scientific Exchange Grant to Visit Germany for Research in March | Varanasi News – Times of India

Varanasi: Rupanshee Srivastava, a research scholar from the department of Botany, Mahula Mahavidyalaya, BHU, working under the supervision of Prof Neelam Atri has been awarded Scientific Exchange Grant (SEG) from European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO). She is currently working on the membrane dynamics of cyanobacteria and will conduct a part of her research in Germany, where she will work with Prof.Dr. Dirk Schneider, from Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany for three months, starting March 1.
Srivastavais the first student from MMV availing this prestigious grant. She will visit Germany for a research for 90 days from March 1.
During her four-year research work, she published 9 peer reviewed research articles.
