Bobby Deol says he doesn’t want his son Aryaman to be like him: ‘Life has always been difficult because I am too emotional’ – Times of India

Bobby Deol and his son Aryaman have been making public appearances for the past couple of months. Aryaman was seen accompanying the Deolfamily at the Gadar 2 success party and recently at Animal music launch event. While Bobby’s latest film Animal explores the complex relationship between a father and his son, the actor recently admitted that he is very protective of his elder son.
Bobby told Siddharth Kannan that he is the youngest in the family and he has been never been able to face the world in his life easily. He mentioned that it has always been difficult for him because he is too emotional. This is the reason why he doesn’t want his son Aryaman to be that way and wants him to be strong and as independent as he can be.
“That’s why he went away to New York so that he becomes a strong person,” Bobby said, adding that his father and veteran actor Dharmendra wanted the same for him and would keep telling him, “Tu strong ban (Be strong).” However, he also admitted that the Deols are alike.
