Bokaro: A 42-year-old woman from Bokaro foiled an alleged molestation and kidnapping attempt when she was waiting at a bus stop to pick up her daughter from school.
Police said they have identified the accused as Imtiaz alias Guddu, who is absconding.
The officer-in-charge of the police station where the complaint was lodged said, “The accused has been identified and efforts are on to nab him.”
In her statement to the police, she said, “While I was waiting at the bus stop, a black car stopped in front of me. A person called me from inside the car. As I moved forward to listen to him, he started saying inappropriate things and I backed away. He then got down from his car and tried to forcefully drag me inside,” police said quoting the complaint.
