Boy among 4 dead in K’buragi road accident | Hubballi News – Times of India

Kalaburagi: Four members of a family, including a five-year-old boy, died when their jeep collided with a lorry on the outskirts of Afzalpur town in Kalaburagi district Thursday morning.
The deceased have been identified as Hoovanna Goudagaum 40, Shankar Devappa Zalaki, 55, Siddamma Shankar Zalaki, 50, and Huchhappa Mahantesh Zalaki 5. All were residents of Madyal village in Afzalpur taluk.The boy’s mother, Pooja, is admitted to a private hospital with injuries. The accident occurred when the Zalaki family was bringing their daughter, Pooja, home in Madyal along with her son. tnn

The tragedy occurred at 6pm when Shahida went missing. They found her inside the sump of a neighbouring house and rushed her to a hospital, but she was declared brought dead by the doctors.
17-year-old boy electrocuted
A 17-year-old boy, Jithu, was electrocuted in a partially completed house in Vizhinjam. Jithu’s family had received a house through the Life Mission program. The house was not fully completed and the electric work was not done. Jithu touched the disconnected wires accidentally while cooking and suffered an electric shock. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he died while receiving treatment. The incident has been registered as an unnatural death by the Vizhinjam police.
