KOLKATA: A 32-year-old small businessman was killed by his neighbor in Karaya on Sunday evening following a quarrel between the businessman’s wife and another woman over getting water from a roadside tap.
Police said Sajjad Khan came out of his shop around 6.30 pm to stop a fight between two women on the road outside his shop. As soon as he managed to pull his wife away, family members of the other woman also joined in and during the altercation, the son of the other woman allegedly attacked Khan with a knife and stabbed him several times as he The road was covered in blood.
