Chhattisgarh Elections Results 2023 LIVE: The neck-and-neck fight between Congress and the BJP continues in Chhattisgarh with a slight edge to the latter as per the trends while the counting is underway.
The Congress will seek to retain power in the tribal state while the BJP, which ruled Chhattisgarh for 15 years, is hoping to make a comeback, riding on an “anti-incumbency” wave against Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel-led government.
A voter turnout of 76.31 per cent was recorded in Chhattisgarh assembly elections for 90 seats.
