China Can’t Grab An Inch Of Land Under Modi Govt: Shah In Assam | Guwahati News – Times of India

Guwahati: Union home minister Amit Shah on Tuesday said China cannot grab even an inch of India’s land under the Modi govt.
Addressing an election rally in Assam’s Lakhimpur, Shah compared this strong stance of PM Narendra Modi to former PM Jawaharlal Nehru’s response during the 1962 Chinese aggression when he allegedly abandoned Assam by saying “bye bye”.“When China attacked, Nehru, instead of fighting, said bye bye and abandoned Assam. People of Assam will never forget it. Now under the Modi govt, China cannot grab even an inch of India’s land. This is the type of governance under Modi,” Shah said.
