PM Modi thanked the Class 2 student for sending him ‘strength and courage’ to deal with the loss.

A class 2 student from Bengaluru wrote a letter to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Condolences on the demise of his mother Heeraben. Now PM Modi has replied to the little child’s letter and his heart touching reply is going viral.

Aarush Srivatsa in his letter to the Prime Minister requested him to accept his deepest condolences on the death of his mother. He told how he felt after hearing about this news. “I am deeply saddened to see on TV that your dear mother Mrs. Hira Ben, who was 100 years of age, passed away today. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I pray for his soul to rest in the holy feet of Almighty God. Om Shanti,” he wrote.

PM Modi thanked Aarush Shrivatsa for his compassion and said that such acts of kindness give him the strength to face the loss of his mother.

Responding to the letter, PM Modi wrote, “My gratitude for your heartfelt condolences on the passing of my mother. Mother’s demise is an irreparable loss and its pain is beyond words.” His letter, dated January 25, further read, “I thank you for including me in your thoughts and prayers. Such kind gestures give me the strength and courage to bear this loss. ,

Both the letters were shared by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Khushbu Sundar on social media. The tweet accompanying the picture read, “This is the quality of a true statesman! Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji replies to the condolence letter of a class 2 student. These are life-changing signs that will lead this young man’s life in the right direction.”

Internet users appreciated PM Modi’s ‘humanity and humility’ while replying to the letter. One user wrote, “Such a sweet gesture from the young boy! And yes, from Modiji as well. Thanks to the parents too for encouraging such a spirit!”

Another commented, “Shows how the PM binds or at least makes everyone believe that he is within everyone’s reach. The boy is not even a vote bank, just a common young citizen. truly a leader”

PM Modi’s mother Heeraben died at the age of 99 after her health deteriorated on December 30 last year.
