Amid discussions about the future of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) – comprising the Shiv Sena (UBT), the Congress and the NCP – Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee chief Nana Patole on Wednesday said his party had plans for the event. There is no alliance with anti-BJP parties.
Asked about the current political scenario in the state and whether the MVA would continue in future, the Congress leader said they are trying to take on everyone who is against the BJP. “We have a plan ready in case the alliance doesn’t take shape,” he said.
